Une bague qui a été directement inspirée par une photo que j'ai
reçue par l'intermédiaire du magazine Rustica qui parlait des castagnades,
la récolte des Châtaignes en Ardèche, que je ne connaissais pas du tout.
Lorsque j'ai découvert cette tradition et cette photo, j'ai tout de suite voulu
la faire en miniature !
J'avais justement tressé des petits plateaux en rafia cet été, et je trouvais
qu'il ressemblait à une panière vue du dessus. Et c'était parti ... vous pouvez
voir les étapes de fabrication de cette bague sur mon instagram @thesausage.jewels.
Bonnes castagnades !! Ça donne envie de visiter l'Ardèche en Octobre !

Bague LES CASTAGNADES de l'Ardèche châtaignes miniatures
I received this beautful photograph in my mail, of a basketful of chestnut. They were introducing the Castagnades, a tradition of chestnut harvesting and grillind in the Ardèche region of France.
I immediately wanted to make the basket in miniature !
It was on point because this summer I had started making little baskets and trays in rafia and I thought this tray looked like a basket seen from above.
So I started the ring !
