So I had to make provisions !
These biscuits are made with a lot of butter,
and they have the same name in French as
the Galette Bretonne that means the buckwheat
crepe. They are also called a sablé (sandy biscuit, because the dough looks like sand when you make it)But, also shouldn't be mistaken for PALET BRETON.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. Lol. You could get kicked
out of Brittany when you visit, for not knowing !!Yummyyy !! hehe
